I’m P.

For a long time, I’ve been visiting various psychiatric and psychosomatic clinics, yet I still don’t fully understand the root cause of the struggles I face in life.

I have a personal interest in mental illnesses, developmental disorders, and personality disorders, and I’m researching these topics on my own.

I believe that conditions often referred to as “mental illnesses,” such as depression or wrist-cutting, are not illnesses of the mind but rather physical illnesses or disabilities.

I think the vague term “mental illness” contributes to the societal tendency to mock people who struggle with these conditions.

Why is it that even professionals adopt the invisible concept of the “mind” as part of the official terminology?

I write about my personal thoughts and the things I’ve discovered through my own research.
